Mel Raff
Chairman - Executive VP Product Operations |

Mr. Raff has served as our Chairman and Executive Vice President
Product Operations since the company’s inception. The original
architect of WinINSTALL, Mel released the first version in 1991, and
through the first four versions, he was the only programmer
involved. He has headed the development team for WinINSTALL
throughout its lifetime. His professional career includes over 10
years of development and management experience in the development of
client change and configuration management technologies. A college
professor for over 10 years, he has also held senior positions at
Seagate Software as well as VERITAS Software where he was
Vice-President of Research and Development.
Mel holds both BA and PhD degrees from the University of Maryland
and a Masters degree from the Johns Hopkins University. |

Jack Palmer
President & Chief Executive Officer |

Mr. Palmer has over 16 years of executive management and sales
experience in the computer software industry. His professional
career includes Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing for
PeopleClick where he grew revenues from $10M in sales to over
$35M in one year. From 1996 to 2000, Mr. Palmer served as Director
of Channel Sales and North American Sales for VERITAS Software and
Seagate Software respectively. From 1994 to 1996, he served as Vice
President Worldwide Sales and Marketing for OnDemand Software, Inc,
the original developers of WinINSTALL. Mr. Palmer’s career also
includes serving in various management positions for Fischer
International Systems Corporation. He holds a bachelor’s degree in
Communication Arts from Georgetown College and graduate studies at
the University of Washington, Seattle. Palmer is often seen at
speaking engagements at both IT and HR events and quoted in
publications as an expert in these areas. |

Steve Campbell

Mr. Campbell has spent the majority of his career on the business side of the
computer software and technology industry. In 1986 he joined Allen
Systems Group, a mainframe computer software sales organization, and
served as that company's Chief Financial Officer from startup,
through its inclusion in the Inc. 500 as one of America’s fastest
growing privately held companies. In 1993 he co-founded 21st Century
Software, a mainframe computer software sales organization and
served as its President. In 1994 he co-founded OnDemand Software and
served as the company’s Chief Financial Officer. In 1996 he
co-founded Webster Network Strategies, an Internet security software
company and served as that company's President through its sale to
Secure Computing Corporation. In 1998 he co-founded My Docs Online
an Internet based file storage and collaboration service and served
as the Chief Financial Officer. He holds a Bachelor of Business
Administration degree from the University of South Florida. |

Bill Somerville

Mr. Somerville has been a computer professional for over 25 years,
with experience in applications programming, customer support,
systems support, storage management, performance management and
commercial software development. His professional career includes
various senior management positions at George Washington University
Center for Academic and Administrative Computing; Computer Sciences
Corp tasked to DoD at the Pentagon; MCI Telecommunications; Landmark
Systems Corp.; OnDemand Software, Seagate Software and VERITAS. Bill
has held a DoD Top Secret security clearance.
Bill has been active in professional organizations, including the
National Capital Area Computer Measurement Group (NCACMG), the
Mid-Atlantic CICS User’s Group, SHARE, CMG, the IEEE, and the ACM.
Bill has been a presenter at several conferences held by these
organizations. Bill has taught college-level lab sections in
programming, and has prepared and delivered training to diverse
audiences on a variety of computer-related topics. |

Paul Pieske
Vice-President of Marketing and New Business Development |

Mr. Pieske is responsible for all of OnDemand’s marketing and new
business development activities worldwide.
In his role, Paul has established consistent product branding and
effective market penetration strategies for the entire OnDemand
product line. In addition to leading a dynamic marketing and new
business development force at OnDemand, Paul plays a key role in
strategic planning and organizational development. He provides
OnDemand with over 10 years experience in both public and private
companies as a management executive.
Before joining OnDemand, Mr. Pieske held various sales, management
and marketing positions in Xerox’s LAN/- WAN security technology
division. He held similar positions at SunGuard Investment Systems,
Lotus Development Corporation/SoftSwitch, Phaser Systems, a
company owned by R.J. Noorda, former chairman of Novell and
SmartDisk Corporation.
Mr. Pieske is a frequent speaker; panel participant and chairperson
on IT related topics. He has recently been interviewed by
publications such as American Banker, Business Week, PC World,
InfoWorld, PC Week, CNN-FN , Wired Magazine and USA Today.
Mr. Pieske studied Criminal Justice and is a
graduate of the Intelligence Operations Academy based at the US Army Intelligence
Center and School in Ft. Hauchuca, Arizona. Paul has held a DoD Top
Secret/Special Background Investigative (TS/SBI) security clearance. |
